Exciting Activities
The Caribbean Sea -- Aruba's playground! Aruba's beaches are world renowned for their sugary white
sand, cooling trade winds, secluded coves lively sunbathing and a myriad of watersports. And
all beaches are public!
Right on the beach you can rent a jet-ski, sunfish, paddle boat, kayak or other "water toy". Try
snorkeling on a cruise on any of Aruba's sailboats or catamarans. Learn scuba with PADI and
NAUI courses including open water and rescue diver certification. Many resorts offer beginner
courses in swimming pools and beginner dives in the ocean for graduates.
The water is calm and perfect for swimming along the entire seven mile strip from World
famous Palm Beach to stunning Eagle Beach to Manchebo and Druif Beaches. Boca Catalina Beach
is a small secluded bay perfect for a private swim accessible by steps down to the water.
Arashi Beach near the northwestern tip of the island has gentle currents and abundant underwater
life.
But it's not all beaches -- Aruba has many land-based activities as well, from golf to
cliff climbing.
